My yesterday

Write about yesterday in full sentences, all in the past tense. Say what time you got up, where you were during the day, what you ate, and one thing you did not do. Watch the participle: if you are a woman it ends in -ла, if you are a man in -о - and the auxiliary сам must be there in every sentence. You can write in either alphabet.
