The -ам and -им groups

Ten minutes on the topic's two largest groups: most -ати verbs drop the whole -ати and add -ам, -аш, -а, -амо, -ате, -ају, while -ити verbs (and many -ети ones) add -им, -иш, -и, -имо, -ите, -е - note the -е, not -у, in the third person plural. Build sentences with someone waiting and someone getting off before choosing and translating your way through the rest.
