A walk through the apartment

Ten minutes of one whole apartment, space by space: the hallway you enter through, the staircase, the attic at the top. Hear the hallway's name and a short sentence said aloud and repeat them, then name what you pass on the way up - before the unit's own listening walks you room by room through someone else's home.
